Home Reading Program

Students in Junior Kindergarten to Grade Three are involved in our "Home Reading Program." Classroom teachers help the children to find books at an appropriate reading level, or �just right� books to take home to read to and with someone older. The children are encouraged to read and reread the book before returning it to school. Reading at home with an adult helps to further a child�s fluency and comprehension skills.
